Licensed Massage Therapist
My Approach & Values
In my massage practice I am an observer. I see my client’s mood, their energy, and their stance. Together, these tell me what type of treatment is necessary for the appointment.
I also love to educate my clients as I work on them. I let them know what muscles I am working and what movements activate them. I also love to share simple, good home remedies for stretching and mood energizing.
I believe in intentional massage and am known for my deep touch, which is both effective and relaxing.
A Little More About Me
I was first drawn to massage therapy because I wanted to connect with people. I quickly discovered that my nurturing nature is a perfect fit for the role.
I love meeting new clients, building relationships, and seeing my work help others physically, mentally, and emotionally. All three places where I practice are fantastic locations with wonderful support staff and warm, welcoming energy.
In my spare time I can be found with my friends and family. I love a good hike, a good puzzle, and a good book. My wife and I love traveling and trying out new restaurants and breweries. I value human rights, peace on Earth, and good intentions.
